I confirm that I am happy with my script for my business as detailed above and I authorize for my script to go into production.
I understand that by submitting this script confirmation form, I will not be able to make any changes to my script / audio without incurring additional costs.
By authorizing this script for my business, I am entering into an agreement with Basingstoke Community Radio, and I agree to the terms and conditions of any such agreement.
I confirm that should I wish not to proceed with this agreement, then I will still be liable to pay the production fee for my script (£55.00) upon invoice.
