Make a statement with our most popular setup. This is designed for organizers who want a professional “festival” feel.
The Hub:Our eye-catching, fully branded Mobile Studio & Vehicle. Featuring a built-in stage and a pro-grade PA system, it creates an instant focal point for your site.
The Energy:A high-octane live presenter equipped with wireless mics to roam the crowd, interview stallholders, and maintain a “buzz” all day long.
The Reach: A live broadcast directly from your event (network permitting), putting your celebration on the airwaves for the whole town to hear.
The Hype:Includes 40 radio adverts (10x per week for a month), a prime-time “Pre-Event Buzz” interview, and dedicated social media coverage.

Professional energy with a compact footprint.
Perfect for community gatherings that need a professional touch without the full mobile studio and great for indoor events.
The Setup: Our branded radio gazebo and high-quality PA system.

The Hype: Includes 20 radio adverts (5x per week for a month), a pre-event radio interview, and social media support.

FAQS
General Information
Almost anything! We are specialists in community-focused events, including summer fêtes, school fairs, Christmas light switch-ons, fireworks displays, sporting events, and charity fundraisers. If it’s happening in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas, we want to be there.
Yes. We hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (PLI). We understand that local councils and private venues require this for all contractors, and we can provide our certificate of insurance upon request during the booking process.
We are much more than a “playlist.” We provide a live, hosted experience. This includes professional presenters, live interviews, and essential public address (PA) services for lost children, safety announcements, and event scheduling.
Logistics & Setup
Event Gold: Our Mobile Studio vehicle requires a flat, firm surface and enough room for a large van to maneuver.
Event Silver: We require a 3m x 3m space for our branded gazebo.
We typically require access to a standard 13amp or 16amp power supply within 25 meters of our setup. If your event is in a field without power, please let us know in advance—we can discuss the use of a silent generator for an additional fee.
For most events, we arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the start time to set up and perform sound checks. We also require about 45 minutes after the event to pack away safely.
The show must go on! Our Mobile Studio (Gold) is fully self-contained and weather-proof. For our Silver Package, our professional-grade gazebos keep our team and equipment dry. As long as it is safe to operate, we will be there.
Promotion & Advertising
Our packages include a dedicated advertising campaign on Basingstoke Radio leading up to your event.
We will script and produce a professional advert to run in our high-rotation slots. We also offer a “Pre-Event Buzz” interview where you can come into the studio (or join us via phone) to tell the town why they shouldn’t miss your event.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Our presenters use wireless microphones to walk the site, giving your local vendors and sponsors “on-air” airtime, which adds massive value to their experience at your event.
Bookings & Payments
Because we are a community-run station, our diary fills up very quickly—especially for June/July and November/December. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you receive your quote, we require a deposit/confirmation to lock in the date.
For events within the immediate Basingstoke area, travel is included. For events further afield, a small mileage surcharge may apply to cover fuel and transport costs.
