Big Changes Are Coming – Basingstoke Community Radio Is Becoming Basingstoke Radio

Exciting things are happening behind the scenes at Basingstoke Community Radio.

In the coming weeks, possibly as soon as the next two weeks, we’ll officially begin our transition to Basingstoke Radio as we continue to grow and move into an exciting new chapter for local radio in the town.

This is far more than just a name change.

We’re preparing to launch a brand-new website, updated branding, fresh features, and new ways to connect with our listeners and the local community. While the look may be changing, our mission stays exactly the same, bringing Basingstoke together through local radio, local voices, local music, local news, and community spirit.

We want to thank every listener, presenter, volunteer, supporter, and local business that has been part of the journey so far. Your support has helped us build something truly special for Basingstoke.

The move to Basingstoke Radio reflects the future of the station, modern, ambitious, community focused, and proudly local.

For now, you can still enjoy all your favourite shows and presenters as normal, but keep listening and keep checking back here because the official switch could happen very soon.
